Our use of ingredients is simple and direct—locally resourced meats, poultry, cheeses, grains and produce, as well as our beloved coastal ingredient—awesome fresh seafood. By using NC Grown, caught and crafted foods we can serve our guests fresh and flavorful appetizers, salads, entrees, and desserts.

Our Head Chef searches weekly for the freshest, most seasonal ingredients. Produce partners are hand-picked carefully. From our Farmer’s Market friends to regional Ranchers, we work with the best available in the region.
